Picke GEO (the "Service") is provided by RAGIP DILER GESTURES LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Service, why and how we process it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

We obtain this information from the sign-up and payment forms, the content you enter while using the Service, and the records the system generates automatically.
3. Why we use information
- To provide the Service: creating your account, running audits, prompt tracking and reporting (performance of our contract with you).
- To manage subscriptions and payments: collection, invoicing, renewal and cancellation (performance of contract and legal obligations).
- Security: protecting your account and the system against unauthorized access, abuse and fraud (legitimate interest).
- Service notices: email confirmation, password resets, payment and security notices, and material changes to our terms.
- Preparing for legal claims: keeping records of terms acceptance and transactions.
We do not send marketing emails; if we ever do, it will only be with your explicit consent. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. The Service runs on the infrastructure of the service providers below, who act only on our instructions:

Other than that, we may share information only where required by law, a court order or a request from a competent authority, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of the Company (provided the same protections continue to apply).
5. International transfers
The Company is based in the United States and some of our service providers are outside your country. Your information is therefore transferred to and processed in the United States and the European Union. For these transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements with our providers and standard contractual clauses. By signing up for the Service you acknowledge that your information may be transferred in this way.
6. Retention
- Account and usage data: for as long as your account is active; deleted within 30 days after your account is deleted.
- Payment, invoice and terms-acceptance records: for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations and possible legal claims (up to 10 years).
- Security and error logs: up to 1 year.
Information is deleted or anonymized once its retention period ends.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information and obtain a copy, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request deletion or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. We consider these requests wherever you are located.
Send your request from your registered email address to hi@picke.ai. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
8. Security
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are stored using a strong hashing algorithm.
- Only you can access your reports and brands; if you create a share link, it shows only the score card.
- Secret keys are kept only in the server environment; sign-in and email requests are rate-limited; the database is not directly accessible from the outside.
No system is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard measures to protect your information and will make the notifications required by applicable law in the event of a security breach.
9. AI services
For prompt measurements, the text of the prompts you track is sent to Apify to be queried on AI platforms; for deep AI audits, the address and content of the audited site are sent to Anthropic. For visibility recommendations, brand details, tracked prompts and the AI answers collected for them are also analyzed with Anthropic. Your account details (email, name) are not included in these transfers. We recommend not entering personal data in prompt and brand fields.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from people in that age group.

We only use cookies that are essential for the Service to work. Details: Cookie Policy.
12. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of the page; we announce material changes by email or an in-app notice.
