These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Picke GEO service (the "Service") provided by RAGIP DILER GESTURES LLC (the "Company"). By signing up, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

Picke GEO is a software service that audits how ready websites are for AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) and measures and reports brands' visibility in the answers of these platforms. The free plan includes a limited number of quick audits per month; paid plans add prompt tracking, prompt suggestions and deep AI audits.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to sign up.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password; notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use.
• An account is used by a single person or organization; accounts are not transferable.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• audit sites you do not own or are not authorized to audit so intensively that it disrupts their operation;
• use the Service with automated tools, in bulk or in ways intended to circumvent limits, or open multiple free accounts to get around quotas;
• test the security of the Service, look for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer it or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure;
• enter unlawful or defamatory content, or personal data of third parties, in prompt, brand or other fields.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

4. Nature of the results

Audit scores, recommendations and answers obtained from AI platforms are for information purposes. AI platforms' answers may vary by time, location and user; the Service does not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility or business outcome. We recommend making your own assessment before applying recommendations.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design and brand belong to the Company. You may use your reports for your own business purposes and share them with your clients. The content you enter belongs to you; we process it only to provide the Service.

6. Paid plans

Prices, scope, payment, automatic renewal and cancellation of paid plans are governed by the Subscription & Payment Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption; however, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, failures at third-party providers (hosting, AI platforms, payment provider) or force majeure. Features of the Service may change as it evolves; changes that reduce the scope of a paid plan to your detriment will not apply before the end of the current period.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. These limitations do not affect liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence).

9. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription is subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. In the event of a dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably — please write to hi@picke.ai. Disputes that cannot be resolved are subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your place of residence, which cannot be waived by contract, remain unaffected.
