Subscription & Payment Terms

These terms govern the purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation of Picke GEO paid plans and form an integral part of the Terms of Use. By purchasing a paid plan, you accept these terms.

2. Plans and prices
Paid plans are a software subscription delivered over the internet, consisting of weekly measurement of your brand's visibility on AI platforms (prompt tracking), prompt suggestions, competitor tracking, deep AI audits and unlimited quick site audits.

- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Any sales tax, VAT or similar taxes that apply in your location are shown separately on the checkout page.
- Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are not charged by us.
3. Payment
Payments are taken on Stripe's secure checkout page by credit/debit card or other methods offered by Stripe. Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's own terms. The Company never sees or stores your card details. A receipt is emailed to you for every payment.
4. Automatic renewal
- Depending on the period you choose (monthly or yearly), your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel, and the period fee is charged to your saved payment method.
- You explicitly agree to automatic renewal at purchase. You can stop renewal at any time under Dashboard → Manage subscription.
- If a renewal payment fails, the charge is retried several times and you are notified by email; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and plan features are disabled.
5. Start of service
Your plan becomes available in your account immediately after payment is confirmed and is provided for the duration of the subscription period.
6. Changing plans
You can change your plan or billing period under Manage subscription. When upgrading, the difference for the remaining period is calculated pro rata and charged; downgrades take effect from the next period.
7. Price changes
We may change our prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price increase affecting your current subscription takes effect at renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before that date.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Record of acceptance
Before payment, you accept these terms and the Terms of Use electronically. The date of acceptance, the version of the terms and your IP address are recorded. These terms take effect when payment is completed.
